I'm a yoga teacher and yoga habit coach specializing in guiding people into an optimal daily routine. I combine modern habit and behavioral change science with the ancient healing systems of Ayurveda and yoga to help people reach their optimal weight, increase their energy, improve digestion and sleep better. The daily routines I teach are based on aligning with nature's rhythms to bring the body back into balance so that the body can begin to heal itself.
